Win Rock 'N' Roll Extreme Chain Lube

I've been reading Bicycle Frenzy for a few months. It's definitely worth reading if you're a cyclist. Entering the contest will make sure you don't miss new posts. All you have to do to win is sign up for the Bicycle Frenzy RSS or via E-mail and then leave a comment on the post that says you subscribed.
I recently saw a study that showed a shockingly small number of people are using RSS. It allows you to read new content from your common blogs and sites in one place without needing to go see if there's something new.
There's plenty of different feed readers. For a while I've been using Google Reader. I like it because I can share what I find interesting. You can always see the latest things I've shared in the widget in the right sidebar.

RSS is where it's at, man. I like Google Reader, too, but don't use it too much anymore since Microsoft included a built-in reader into IE7. Now I just setup my subscriptions there. Of course, that binds you to one machine, whereas you can check Google Reader anywhere. Thus, I've still left my Google subscriptions in tact for when I'm on the road.
