Hi, I'm Rob Lucas. Because of my love of long distance events, I'm also known as UltraRob.
I've been exploring the outdoors by bike, foot and skis for over 30 years. You can read about my latest
adventures on my blog. I hiked my first fourteener and the highest point in Colorado,
Mt Elbert, when I was 9. My first 150 mile unsupported bike ride was when I was 15. I began mountain
bike racing in 1989.
Since my Race Across America attempt in 2006, I've busy catching up on
life and haven't competed much. I hope to race more in 2009. You can view my schedule
and my past results.
How to Contact Me
Feel free to email me. I read all emails I get that don't look like spam.
I'm busy so often I read an email and plan to respond later. It then gets lost in the clutter of my inbox so
if you don't hear back, email again. I know I should be better organized but I'd rather be outside than organizing.
I also have profiles on several of the social networks sites so you can connect with me there too.
