The Parkway uses Thule's classic cradles, which secure and protect your bikes' frames during transport. And, because of the dual arm design, you don't have to mess around with wonky top tube adapters the Parkway carries them all. Thule even includes tie down straps, but recommends upgrading to Zip Sticks for added stability.
