Built with Surftech's AST construction, this board starts with a water resistant fused cell core inside pressure heat molded fiberglass, and is then reinforced with wood in the standing area, which results in a board that's light, strong, and durable. Surftech added rocker and a thinned out tail to enhance maneuverability in the surf, but still still kept the board plenty stable for a nice clean track on open water.
