The Strassburg Sock is a safe, simple and highly effective product for the treatment of plantar fasciitis heel pain. . A tubular knit material fits over calf with two adjustable straps to help maintain the foot in a neutral to slightly stretched position. Unlike conventional splints, the Strassburg Sock provides a more complete controlled stretch of the plantar fascia. Often worn at night, the Strassburg sock may help reduce or eliminate the first few painfull steps in the morning. Also provides relief from Achilles tendonitis and chronically tight calf muscles. Lightweight breathable material is completely washable and adjustable for fit. Large fits calf size to 16 in. to 21 in. around. Note: one sock per package
