It's made of thin 1. 5mm neoprene with a polyester face to cut the breeze, with a six inch front zip backed by a flap to prevent the zipper from rubbing against your skin. Flatlock stitching prevents chafing, and critical areas are reinforced with glue, bartacks, and Melco to increase durability and lengthen the life of your vest.
