Replacement front and rear wheel QR skewers and QR seat post clamp that use innovative patented lock system to prevent QR from opening unless bike is tilted over 90 degree level. Simply lock bike with wheels attached so that it can't be tipped more than 90 degree. To unlock, tip bike past 90 degree and open QR levers.
