The tight 5 inch baffle spacing maximizes loft and keeps down in place to eliminate cold spots. For extra warmth the Speed 32 features a five chamber hood design which maintains even loft around the head while the down filled face gasket blocks drafts at the hood opening. To keep weight down the Speed 32 is designed with a 3 half length zipper and an insulated draft tube keeps out drafts and keeps in warmth along the zipper.
