It can be used in a variety of ways and allows you to swap out any and all Railblaza accessories. The unique slide locking mechanism securely holds accessories in place. Base comes pre installed on the Hobie H Rail accessory mount plate and easily clamps to the 12 sided H rail without having to drill into your hull or use tools. The mount plate will not twist or slide along the rail while securely clamped down loosening the clamp will allow you to remove or slide your accessories up and down the rail. This item fits on all 2015 and later Pro Angler 12, 14 and 17 kayaks.
