Giro Air Attack Shield Helmet

Giro's Air Attack Shield Helmet main objectives are to keep you safe and save you watts in your next TT or tri, but don't go skipping your tempo day in the hopes that the Air Attack will carry you to an effortless win. The helmet won't plan your breakaway for you, but its improved shield design will work with the aerodynamic shell to reduce drag and possibly save you time. While you race, your eyes will stay protected from the sun and wind with the redesigned Flash shield's Carl Zeiss lens, which you can flip up or take off completely after your race. Saving watts is important, but racing comfortably matters just as much, so Giro gave the Air Attack extras like removable padding and its Roc Loc Air fit system to give you the freedom to easily customize the fit of your lid easily before or during a ride. And to keep you from overheating under layers of EPS foam and polycarbonate, Giro carved six effective air vents and internal channeling into the helmet tasked with ushering in a cool breeze consistently as you pedal.
