Compared to previous skins, the high friction material offers a 10 to 20 percent increase in traction on steep, hard packed surface. Couple this increase in climbing ability with tip connectors that give this skin a glove like fit, and you get the ideal solution for ditching the lift crowds in favor of untouched lines.
