Used by everyone from Fabian Cancellara to the Swiss national track team, the summerBootie S7 offers a lightweight aerodynamic advantage over the long haul. The summerBootie S7s are deceivingly simple. The design features one panel Lycra wrapped around a shoe form. The seam runs from the top of the toe to the front of the ankle. The Lycra is malleable and requires no zipper to achieve a snug fit. The summerBootie S7 has apertures for both the heel and cleat, and are reinforced with an extra layer of lycra. Assos recommends usage of the summerBootie S7 between the temperatures of 71 and 89 degrees. Please note that these covers are not rain proof, and are strictly for aerodynamic use.
