The Arion Roller Flexible Package ups the ante from Zwift's Basic packages. Instead of relying on speed and cadence sensors in order to map your avatar's progress through the online Watopia environment, the Arion Flexible Package uses a power meter. It still transmits your numbers to a Zwift equipped device via an ANT connection, but it does so without having to take the extra step of estimating watts. The inclusion of a PioneerShimano Dura Ace 9000 Power Meter Crankset means that there's no guesswork involved, letting you more accurately test yourself against others in Zwift's 3D world or send error free information to your preferred training sites like Strava, Garmin Connect, and Training Peaks. The package also includes Elite's Arion Rollers, which are portable enough for pre race warm up in a parking lot or solid enough to serve as the physical platform for your sessions in Zwift. Running your indoor sessions on rollers means that it's easy on, easy off, so you can alternate daily between riding your local loops or Zwift's online ones without mounting and unmounting your machine's rear skewer. If the program's scenery proves too distracting, the Arion's parabolic rollers help keep you from wandering off onto the carpet and into the wall.
