The Performance Tri 8in Men's Shorts are Zoot's best selling item, but that doesn't mean Zoot is going to kick back on its considerable laurels, sip margaritas, and wait until someone else comes up with something better. Instead, it cracked the whip and came up with modifications that make the Performance Tri even better than before, so you can stay ahead of the pack. The most notable changes are the Endura 3D side panels, which have been integrated into the Performance Tri to enhance stretch and breathability. Of course, Performance Endura fabric meant the shorts were already plenty stretchy, but the panels provide a more ergonomic fit in places where it really matters. Also new is the Teksheen BioWrap hem, which provides a compressive fit and stays in place without any irritating silicone grippers, and the Integra SBR 2D chamois, a low bulk pad with a double layer of padding that provides quick drying and breathable protection. While parts of the Performance Tri are new, others are time tested and athlete approved, like the dual Hip Holster pockets, chafe free SeamLink patterning, and UPF 50 sun protection. Zoot integrated some reflective details as well, to help during those low light training sessions, and an internal drawstring at the waist keeps your shorts from falling down when you dive into the water.
