And when you're finished using the DryTop, quickly roll it up and stash it away to reduce unwanted drag and loss in gas mileage associated with other roof rack setups. Tougher and more weather resistant than Yakima's SoftTop bag, the DryTop is made from heavy duty ballistic nylon, which protects the roof of your vehicle from scratches. However, because this bag isn't fully waterproof, we recommend storing sensitive items within a waterproof plastic bag during soaking rains and all day deluges.
