Wild Country Ascent Screwgate Carabiner

Wild Country designed the Ascent Screwgate Carabiner primarily for belaying, but it's also helpful for rigging anchors or clipping into climbing anchors. The skinnier side has a lip that stays secure to your belay loop, and the wide top accommodates Munter hitches should you choose to go indirect. The Ascent also features a wide gate opening, a secure screwgate locker, and a keylock nose for snag free convenience.
