Underneath, the Women's ProLite is protected by durable 50D nylon with a textured grip dot surface.A self inflating design allows you to simply unroll the Women's ProLite and open the integrated air valve. The pad's open celled foam responds by soaking up air, similar to a sponge absorbing liquid. Once the Women's ProLite has inflated, you can adjust the firmness by adding a few puffs of air or pressing down lightly on the pad to release air.
