At 55 Liters you can carry up to 45lbs of gear and with 7 pockets, organizing all that stuff is easy and made easier by the zippered side entry to the main compartment so you don't have to pull everything out of the top to get something at the bottom. The harness and hipbelt are anatomically correct for a women's body and the hipbelt is load spreading so the weight of the pack is evenly dispersed which makes carrying all that weight on the trail a lot more enjoyable.
