The Flow Smart can reach a maximum resistance of 800 watts, and realistically mimic a slope up to 6%. The trainer itself is ANT and Bluetooth Smart enabled and includes ANT USB dongle, so you don't even need a cycling computer the trainer connects directly to your home laptop, tablet or smartphone so you can use it with Zwift, Training Peaks, or other 3rd party training software. When the trainer is not connected to a smartphone or computer, it acts as a standalone Fluid trainer with progressive resistance, so when your speed increases, the resistance does as well.
