Combi pack of 20 g each of CH6 Blue, CH7 VioletWhite, and CH8 Red. CH stands for Hydrocarbon. This category is free of fluorocarbon materials. Each compound is 100% high performance hydrocarbon paraffins. Although they can be looked upon as an economical racing wax group, the colder waxes perform very well alone, and the warmer waxes make an acceptable base layer for Cera F. Their colors and temperature ranges coincide with the HF and LF Waxes. The CH waxes can be distinguished from the LF waxes by their darker shade of color. Features: Contains CH6, CH7, CH8 A little more about the three waxes: CH6: 6C to 12C 21F to 10F. For common cold conditions. Contains also some synthetic wax, which makes it durable in aggressive snow. Good training wax alone. It offers good glide plus base protection at an economical price. Recommended iron temperature setting of 140C. CH7: 2C to 8C 28F to 18F. CH7 is a good general purpose pre wax and travel wax because its range for use falls in the middle of the Cera Nova system. CH7 makes a good base bonding wax for either warmer or colder waxes applied later. For summer and glacier skiing and riding it provides good glide plus good base protection especially when mixed with CH3. Recommended iron temperature setting of 135C. CH8: 1C to 4C 34F to 25F. A very good, reliable and economical racing wax, as well as a general base prep wax and travel wax for 'cold' skis. Recommended iron temperature setting of 120C.
