Slice and dice your way through the park with power and precision on the Stepchild Kamknife Snowboard. Preferred by Canadian jump slayer Charles Reid, this powerful park board is made for riders who like to haul ass into huge jumps and boost big airs in the pipe. Snapback camber consists of mostly camber with small flat zones out to the contact points. This gives you the pre loaded pop of traditional camber, but with a slightly more forgiving and stable feel, as well as a larger flat surface in the tips for popping big ollies and locking into presses. Biax glass keeps the flex soft enough for pressing on rails, while the addition of KEVLAR stringers ensures the response, stability, and dampening needed for going full throttle into the biggest jumps in the park. Poplar keeps the core lightweight and lively, while beech strips at the inserts improve strength and prevent blowouts. Stepchild upgraded the Kamknife this year with a sintered base for added speed and durability, and golfball like Structurn dimples in the base reduce friction to make it even faster.
