The Slay 22 from MHM is a perfect size day companion for any of your snow or hiking endeavors. Its simple, clean design has everything you need and nothing that you don't. Using MHM's VersaHaul carry system, it is capable of carrying a snowboard or skis multiple ways so it's down with however you choose to play in the mountains. The large circular zipper opens up the entire front panel like a turtle shell to give you quick access to the main compartment, a shovel pocket, probe sleeves and a micro fiber lined goggle pocket. If you need to drink water, like most humans, this back satchel is hydration reservoir compatible and even has an insulated zippered sleeve in the shoulder strap to keep your water from freezing. For improved carrying ability the Slay has an angle adjustable hipbelt and a HDPE framesheet. Don't worry though, if simplicity is your thing then the framesheet and hipbelt are both removable. Now there has been a lot of winter talk so don't you think for a second that the Slay is only useful for snowy times. When summer comes, tuck those carry straps away, hit the hiking trails and enjoy the view. Slay on.
