Performance Wheelhouse Stan's Crest EX 29 Mountain Wheelset. Ideal for cross country and light trail riding, Stan's Crest 29er wheels deliver exceptional performance at a surprisingly friendly price. This wheelset features Stan's Bead Socket Technology BST for tire stability, minimal rolling resistance and outstanding tubeless seal, and the rims' internal 21mm width ensures a better tire spread. We laced the Stan's rim to a cartridge bearing hub that is durable and fully sealed to keep out the mud and grime. Multiple pawls engage the freehub at nearly every point of rotation, so there are no dead points or skipped pawls. That means you get better power transfer, speed, and control. The front hub has swappable endcaps for either traditional quick release skewers or 15mm thru axle. 6 bolt disc brake mounts handle stopping power, and double butted spokes with brass nipples keep the wheels stiff, round, and true.
