The Pro Chain Tool celebrates its third iteration by combining the user friendly design of Pedro's Apprentice model with innovative features like a retracting pin guide. It works with chains ranging from single speed to 11 speed, and it includes the all important peening bit and backer for working with Campagnolo 11 speed chains. If you're a SRAM or Shimano devotee, go ahead and tune out now, but if you're a Campy phile, then you know that the protruding end of the pin that connects a Campy chain during installation has to be mooshed a little bit to anchor it and secure the connection.
