Unique to the Montane product line is the hardy Raptor RS and Raptor UTL fabric, which offers paramount protection from sharp rocks and its water resistant treatment keeps light precipitation at bay. Not to mention, the pack is lined with the water resistant and rugged Halo fabric that serves as an additional safeguard from wayward elements. And thanks to its athlete tested generous compartments, various gear loops, and climbing tool attachment points, the pack is equipped to handle any variety of terrain that you throw at it. However, should your journey require you to shave off some extra weight, the padded hip belt is removable while the webbing waist belt maintains a stability oriented and comfortable fit.
