When the Helgasons leave the streets and head to the mountains in search of powder and backcountry jumps, they bring the Lobster Freestyle Baord Snowboard. It has a medium flex and a versatile Freestyle 3BT profile to help it excel at stomping landings in powder and ripping steeps, but it's also fully capable of tearing up the park too. Triple Base Technology TBT starts with a traditional camber profile for reliable pop and edge hold, turns the edges up towards the tip and tail to eliminate hang ups when riding flat base, and gives it the forgiving feel of rocker without sacrificing the benefits of camber. Freestyle 3BT features longer contact lengths than Park or Jib TBT for more stability at high speeds, but it's still stable enough to slide rails and boost jumps. Carbon stringers add torsional stiffness for pop and edge hold, while allowing the board to still press easily. Biax glass gives the board a soft, even flex for smooth pow butters and easy turns, and the Pop Core uses poplar wood to keep things lightweight and lively. A true twin shape allows for unrestricted switch riding, and blunt tips keep the swing weight down. It's finished off with a sintered base that's super hard for impact resistance and holds tons of wax to keep you moving fast.
