Kali built the Maya with its in mold construction process, which bonds EPS foam to a polycarbonate shell. This process creates a low profile, lightweight helmet. The multi density EPS foam is arrayed internally to form crumpling buffer zones that absorb impact in a crash. The flexible visor is also designed to bend, not break, in a crash. On the top of the visor, you'll notice a mount for your camera. The helmet's liner is antimicrobial to fight odors. Five intake and seven exhaust ports keep air flowing through to keep your head dry and cool.
