You've worn your pajamas inside out for a week now, and you might've even done a little snow dance in the backyard last night and the night before. For some reason, the skies stubbornly remain blue and cloudless day after day. Instead of sliding around the resort on your fat powder boards in denial and despondence, grab the Icelantic Sabre 99 Ski and go make the most of the groomers and crusty stuff while everyone else complains. You'll be surprised at just how much fun you can have on two week old snow with the Sabre as its versatile 99mm waist nimbly slices through chunder and refrozen chop and its rockered tips ease turns in inconsistent snow. Icelantic uses its signature Tri Axe sandwich construction, which consists of a poplar wood core between its fiberglass layers to lend the ski an energetic feel on dicey Ice Coast tree lines that keep you on your toes from top to bottom. For the times you can't resist opening it up on a wide corduroy lined groomer, the Sabre will eagerly hold an edge, and camber underfoot gives you the stability to tip and rip straight to the bottom. As with all Icelantic skis, the Sabre 99 also features original artwork by the company's founder, Travis Parr.
