The eco friendly, performance driven standard that Houdini took while creating the Women's Bedrock Pant is something that all ski companies will hopefully aspire to for the future. Before making any product, Houdini asks a series of questions that ensure a truly amazing experience for skiers and mountaineers alike: Does this product deserve to exist' Will it last long enough' Is it versatile enough' Will it age with beauty' Is it repairable' Is it pure enough to be recycled' As far as the Bedrock Pant is concerned, the answer to all those questions is a resounding YES!Something that completely separates the Bedrock's construction from all other ski pants is the fully recycled Amos membrane. Despite its eco friendly creation, the Atmos membrane boasts a waterproof, breathable rating on par with some of the most protective ski apparel around, and Houdini didn't have to use harmful chemicals in order to make it magic. Like all of Houdini's products, Bedrock's three layer hardshell comes from fully recycled and highly durable polyester. Houdini added stretch panels to enhance your performance on the mountain. Once you're finished with this pant if that ever happens, you can ship the fabric back to Houdini, and the masterminds over there will recycle that fabric into insulation for future use. An innovative design and earth friendly construction aren't the only aspects that make the Bedrock magical. There are 34 length, two way zippers on both sides for total ventilation while you're skinning the steeps. Snow gaiters keep the fluffy stuff out of your boots, and there are loops that strap to your ski boots for secure coverage. Houdini articulated the knees for ease of movement and reinforced the legs with Schoeller for longer lasting durability. The bib zips off so you can pair the Bedrock Pant with compatible ski jackets by Houdini. Pocket configuration includes two zippered hand pockets with bellows, one smaller zipped pocket on the leg, and a stretch pocket inside.
