The frame is made with double butted, hydroformed alloy for a lightweight, durable bike. The tapered headtube helps stiffen up the front end, and the standard threaded bottom bracket makes servicing easy. The carbon fiber fork features an aluminum steerer for durability, and has mounts for disc brakes. Of course, a bike adventure is more fun with excellent components, which is why GT spec'ed the grade with Shimano. The redesigned Tiagra 10 speed shifters are integrated into the brake lever and give you Shimano's legendary Dual Control technology and fabled reliability.
