Gregory designed the Targhee 32 Backpack for folks who like to explore snowy terrain with gear on their feet, but whether you like to spend your days on skis, splitboards, or snowshoes is up to you. Whatever your preferred method of slippin' and slidin', the Targhee's VertFlex suspension system ensures vertical stability as well as the freedom of movement you need on the ascent and descent. VertFlex works in tandem with a lightweight frame sheet for extra support, a padded snow shedding back panel to provide some structure, and high density foam on the hip belt to take the load off your shoulders. The Targhee 32 is the middle child in the Targhee family with enough room to carry everything you need for a long day tour. Its full back panel opening makes it easy to dig out layers, gloves, and snacks, and the insulated hydration sleeve keeps your reservoir from freezing into a solid block of ice. Gregory designed the Targhee with stowable systems to carry skis diagonally or in an A frame configuration, snowboards vertically, and snowshoes on the back. Gregory also included a stowable helmet carrying system, so you don't have to leave your lid at home. A special pocket makes your avy gear easy to access, and additional pockets at the top and hip belt keep your goggles scratch free and your inclinometer handy.
