Giordana NX G Jersey Men's

2016 rings in a changing of the guard at the top of Giordana's venerable cache of cycling kit offerings. The much loved and highly capable FR C line continues, but cedes its crown to the all new NX G. Building on the FR C tradition, the Giordana NX G Men's Jersey continues to push forward with race bred engineering and next level design. One of the areas Giordana sought to improve upon across its line for 2016 was its fabric construction. Dissatisfied with what it had already seen, the brand turned away from traditional cycling fabrics and instead looked to the swim and undergarment industry. The result is a line of proprietary fabrics that are softer and suppler than typical cycling kit but that still retain their practical functionality and durability. For the NX G, Giordana uses its Thermal Bonding Technology TBT instead of traditional seams for a more streamlined, comfortable fit that also reduces weight compared to standard construction. The front of the jersey features fabric with a 21% Lycra content for a moisture wicking, second skin fit that will help you stay cool and dry without any annoying fabric bunching. The shoulders are constructed with what Giordana calls a hammerhead design, using a single panel of highly stretchable fabric across the top of the shoulder and sleeve to conform perfectly to your contours in the riding position. The same all way stretch fabric spans around the waist and below the pockets, providing soft, elastic free support to hold the hem in place and reduce the potential for pocket sag. For the back of the NX G, Giordana utilizes a textured microfiber across. This material is exceptionally breathable and comes bearing claims of increased aerodynamic benefits as the textured surface manages airflow across your back.
