Since it's easily treated with G 1000 Greenland wax, you can customize the amount of protection you want from the fabric by either applying more or washing out the wax protection. The heavily waxed fabric provides increased UV protection, wind and water resistance, and will repel mosquitoes and other insects. For increased breathability, simply wash out the wax treatment. Pleats at the back of the Granit offer full range of movement, and two button chest pockets let you stash a few essentials when you head out on the trail.
