For a pair of limited edition bibs, the Capo men's Moto GP SL Bib Shorts have already earned themselves quite a bit of attention. While at first glance the kit may look like a nod to Movistar colors, closer inspection reveals that the Moto GP styling and Luminescence fabric stand on their own. Luminescence, which caters to the style and safety conscious cyclist, features tiny bits of reflective material laminated onto Lycra, making the outside of the compressive leg cuffs look almost scaly. The material reflects light at all times of the day to help keep you visible to other road users. Besides the Luminescence, Capo crafts the Moto GP out of Italian made, high gauge Lycra, because if you're going to be this noticeable in kit, you can't be caught with it sagging or bunching when you get out of the saddle to crest a climb. The Lycra is arranged in a 12 panel design for a contoured fit that provides muscle support throughout your ride without restricting movement in the saddle. With this construction, the shorts maintain their shape and next to skin fit to continuously wick moisture away while keeping you cool and dry. Though it's obviously far less visible, the Elastic Interface D4 Evo chamois is arguably the most important element of the bib shorts. It features medium density foam to provide a balanced mix of support and pressure relief, and it's covered by a soft, anti bacterial microfiber layer that works to manage moisture and give the chamois a smooth fit that won't inhibit your movement as you pedal. The bib straps themselves are crafted from a soft, breathable microfiber mesh, ensuring they'll be difficult to notice underneath a jersey.
