Helping you get back to the true roots of snowboarding, when the design of new boards had no rules or limits, the Capita x Spring Break Powder Pill Snowboard is the lovechild of Corey Smith's avant garde designs and Capita's decade plus of board building experience. Inspired by surfing's high buoyancy designs, the Powder Pill Snowboard floats over the deepest powder imaginable with its massive set back stance and highly tapered, extremely wide shape. With 44 millimeters of taper, the Powder Pill is one of the most highly tapered boards we've ever seen, helping you keep your nose up for near zero gravity float atop the world's deepest powder. No matter if you're traveling to Niseko or shredding Mt. Baker after a storm, the Powder Pill is sure to keep you stoked on shredding freshies, not submerged in shoulder deep snow. Exclusive to the Capita x Spring Break series, the Powder Pill's Surf Rocker offers zero camber underfoot and a Surf Rock nose and tail for insane float on bottomless days. Built with a DynaWeave fiberglass configuration, the Powder Pill offers much stronger and more rigid qualities for extra snap and pop, while decreasing weight normally found in the wood core thickness. Inside this pow specific weapon, you'll find a Surflite core that's designed exclusively for riding powder. This core is based on the surfing premise that thicker, less dense boards float with higher buoyancy, allowing you to ride on top of the snow instead of sinking in. Translated to snow specific design, Capita used a thicker core with blocked balsa wood and forged carbon for added durability. Furthermore, you'll find this collaborative board has a striking hand marbled topsheet that's unique to each individual deck for special edition appeal.
