The N80p X Gore TEX 3L fabric is of soft shell construction that provides waterproof protection from the elements. The inside of the pant is brushed for a soft feel and a touch of warmth that slides over base layers and is soft against skin. The Cordura PowderCuffs prevent Snow from entering at the boot and Keprotec patches protect the pant against sharp edges and boots. The integrated belt keeps your pants at your waist instead of your knees, but feel free to add your own belt, as Arc'teryx has included loops. The two cargo pockets and single hip stash pocket close with WaterTight zippers, making them Highly water resistant sorry, not waterproof to protect cash, ID, and even a map and lip balm.
