Our test rider spent 3,000 miles on the Kharma and filed the following report: The Kuota Kharma is a wonderful surprise in the world of look alike carbon bikes. Too many companies are throwing parts on a carbon frame hoping that the allure of carbon will be enough to make wallets and purses fly open. The Kuota Kharma is a different beast. It is a cost effective bike with a purposeful design and stunning good looks carbon and white together are dead sexy!. The frame is oversized at the head tube and has stout down tube for sure handling and stiffness. The rear end of the bike sits well for control and comfort. The Kuota KF09 carbon fork does more than hold the front wheel in place. The fork gives confident feedback during the ride and guides through the descents. Small moves in a packed peloton or soloing down the side of a mountain can be made almost through thought alone. I spent many test days in the mountains and churning the flats pushing this bike to the limits. It climbs, descends and collects town signs sprints like Florida collects Buicks. There is great reward to be had from a machine that answers the call for performance and speed and can do so hours on end comfortably. Get this bike! The RS Cycle Kuota Kharma comes dressed out with a Shimano Ultegra rear derailleur and Shimano 105 front derailleur. Quality Shimano chain and Ultegra SL shifters will hold up for years of shifting precision. Vittoria Zaffiro tires and Shimano RS10 wheels keep the wheels true and on the rail. A San Marco Ponza saddle is the classic perch that leads to the a cockpit consisting of the Deda Big Piega handlebar and Deda Quatro stem.
